Comment griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none. bansri

Budget I'm not sure

Job 'L' shaped area, against house wall. approximate width/depth 2-3 metres. long side approx 10 metres, short side approx 5 metres. currently a concreted patio. would like options on what sort of decking could be used, not a massive fan of normal grooved boards.

Budget I'm not sure

Job we have a concreted area outside our house approx 12' x 20' which has cracked up a lot and has weeds etc coming through. I am interested in hearing options as to what could be done about this - relaying, replacing, gravel etc. In addition there is a requirement for a new side gate to be installed and some other small jobs if this is appropriate.

Job Remove existing concrete path and strip front of house . Replace path and strip in front of house with stone paving slabs, give most economic replacement materials. I am the landlord and will be in UK from 10th March for start of job. Tenant is aware

Job Major revamp of front garden. Covering existing concrete hardstanding with Indian Sandstone,and levelllng with pavement etc, installing drainage run offs, building a series of low brick walls at the front with wrought iron railings as well as relaying small lawn area - all to plans already drawn up.
