Small amount of levelling off required but really I think it's just a case of rotavating what's there and laying turf.

We have an existing patio, approx sixe 50 square metres, paved in square yorkshire flag stones. Some of these are loose and some are subsiding. We require a quote for relaying existing flags please.
They were quick to respond to our original request. They provided a reasonable quote and were able to commence in a short period of time. The workmen were courteous and efficient and the work was completed in 3 days. The ratings tool is not recording our ratings accurately so for the record we rated them quality:OK, value: a reasonable price for the job, reliability: very good.

I have a small 3m x 10m garden and nearly half the width is flower beds. I need all the beds digging up and removal of most of the plants (weeds) apart from a few rose bushes and the beds pushed back so I can plant some grass seed or turf. I also need an area flattened so I can erect a shed.
