Area is 35 sq metres, I can purchase the sandstone and any other materials and also hire a skip if necessary, need existing crazy paving which is on sand lifted
JEM came to see me a day or so after I posted the job on Rated People, gave me a quote next day which beat other quotes by a distance, I went to see another job of theirs, they got my patio done to my satisfaction within 2 weeks, no fuss, no doing the usual builders trick of doing half the job then asking for more money, polite, courteous, hard-working, timely, attention to detail, would have no hesitation whatsoever in using this company again

Small lawn area with pathways through flower banks & a wooded area. Needs a really good clearing up to begin with as the paths have kind of gone to seed a little (maybe 6 hours work?) and then probably a couple of hours a week (or 4 hours a fortnight?) to maintain the garden, with the odd extra bit of time for seasonal extras like leaf clearing.
But you guys are the experts. I really want someone to come and tell me what I need to do to keep the garden looking as beautiful as it should be.
Responded super fast and efficiently to my quote request. The quote was great and they started the job the following day! I feel very confident that my garden is now is competant & enthusiastic hands and have already recommended him to my neighbours.
