"I have been very happy with the work from Slavek. His quote came in considerably lower than the other tradespeople that contacted me after submitting my requirements to this site and he fulfilled those requirements at the quoted price. In addition he carried out additional work that emerged while the project was underway at similarly low charges. Slavek was always charming and was uncomplaining when challenges emerged that we hadn't originally foreseen or budgeted for. He was also often forthcoming with good ideas and advice and there was always somebody on site from 07:30 in the morning until 18:00 at night. As well as the garden clearance and laying of the lawn Slavek's team also fitted gates, relaid a small patio, built wooden seating around the garden, built a new shed and put in steps at each entrance to the garden. This was all done to the highest standard, particularly the carpentry, using far better materials than are available from DIY stores such as B&Q and at significantly lower cost. Further to this, as the project progressed it became evident that I would need two skips rather than one to remove all the earth from my garden. I did not have the budget required for this and Slavek kindly offered to dispose of large quantities of waste material at very low cost and, presumably, at what must have been considerable inconvenience to himself. All in all, therefore, I am very happy with the quality of the work, the value, and the manner in which the work was conducted. I would definitely hire Slavek and his team again and I cannot recommend them enough."
