"Unfortunately he turned up an hour late. This may well have been mis-communication but I had written it in my diary and had a second tradesperson scheduled to come around. When the second person arrived 5 mins after the guy from Challenge had left he had apparently bumped into him and mentionned he didn't much like the look of the job (maybe I'm being pernickity but this seemed a little unprofessional!) Clearly didn't like the look of the job as never bothered to respond with a quote or to call to say he didn't want the work."

"Peter was really helpful and turned up on time. He had lots of ideas and came back to quote a second time and was again extremely punctual. The only thing that put me off going with Peter was that the quotes kept being caveated. I understand that things can happen when you start the work etc etc but I would have felt more confident in going ahead if we had a more definate amount quoted with perhaps a set % amount specified as possible contingency monies should any unforseeen circustances happen. He really did not want to commit even to that so I didn't feel confident about the actual amount we'd end up being charged. It was purely for this reason that we didn't go with him as he came across really well in every other respect."
