I need a approx 20ft by 6ft-10ft lawn laying over a concrete path, there is some soil on site which was in a raised flowerbed that has now been demolished and cleared.
Great tradesman, job was completed within 24 hours of receiving a quote. Reliable and good value for money - would strongly recommend.

I have recently moved into a new property and the garden has just a few paving slabs and mud. I would like a patio,a brick built BBQ, a lawn and some kind of water feature.The garden is about 20' X 26'
I had drawn a plan and was assured by Terry that he could not forsee any problems.A price was agreed. There seemed to be problems at each stage, one of them being that he had only quoted for basic house bricks for my raised flower beds. The ones finally used added an extra £900 to the price, an extra 25%.When he left I paid him in full but 5 months later he has not been back to finish outstanding work.LESSON LEARNT FOR THE FUTURE-DO NOT PART WITH MONEY UNTIL JOB IS FINISHED- HOWEVER TRUSTWORTHY THEY SEEM !!
