(2) We have a decked area that we want to make bigger, removing a large amount of soil. Would like to use that soil to help create the levels further up the garden. (3) We have around 15 small stumps running up the garden edge. Plan to either try and remove them or come up with an idea to plant around them. Other points: - The house is a middle terraced property with no side access. Is a possibility to access via neighbors garden if needed. - We have no official plans drawn up
