"Initial job was to remove trees from garden which was efficiently done and this led to a 2nd piece of work to turf an area of lawn. Not sure that the project was totally thought through as well as it could have been and in particular the preparation for the site eg, no new topsoil added before turf laid, ground not left properly for a few days to 'settle' before turf went down etc which might be more technical points on how to lay lawn but I think important for it to take properly. I might have had high expectations but obviously keen that the lawn takes and I'm not having to bring someone else in at another date to fix. I'm therefore waiting to see what happens in the next few weeks. That said the team were very nice/pleasant but not sure if they have as much gardening 'know how' as I'd like to see."
