"Dean was keen, enthusiastic, welcomed the challenge we'd presented as it was not a simple job, and came up with additional ideas to enhance the original design that had been done and I'm very pleased with the result. Nothing was too much bother - if I wasn't happy with something we'd discuss it and he would redo as needed. My one little gripe (and he is aware of this) is that they need to be more aware of their surroundings and take a little bit more care of people's property - sadly we have no rear access to the garden so all the materials had to be brought in through the kitchen and we did end up with a few muddy marks on walls - but nothing that wasn't easily sorted. All in all, very happy with the job, would use him again for any future tiling or patio work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."
