"in few hours spread betw 2 saturdays julian and his men have sorted out all the main issues in my house:
1) they took down and removed a tree (4-5 mts high)
2) they replaced a sash window glass in a very difficult position
3) they fixed the plumbing (and the heater) in my bathroom
