"Professional when he came to quote, emails with the company to finalise arrangements suited me and good telephone service too.
On the day, they arrived over 1hr late, but we were able to leave them to it with no supervision. They said it would take 2 days, but were finished in 6hrs.
Although I asked a quote for removing slabs and gravelling over entire garden including the soil borders (as registered with Rated People), they were short of gravel and topped it up with different sized gravel. When I asked about this, they replied that the borders were not in the quote and they did that as a favour.
Work done was of a good standard, they cleared site and left it tidy. Generally nice people. Just annoying about the gravel issue which I will now have to top-up myself at extra expense."
