I have a sandstone wall that has partially collapsed in one area and is leaning considerable over to next door, in another area. I am interested in having the wall repaired; or taken down and replaced with a modern brick one. If taken down, I would want the area my side of the wall cleared and paved/shingled. The area currently had a number of mature shrubs and trees.

i have an area around 27 ft by 14 ft in my back garden, it has currently got a thin membrane with blue slate chipping covering it.it has bedding areas either side of it. i am looking for it to be turfed, the reason i am looking to change it is that i have just got a dog and so the chippings are sharp and painful on his paws. i am very unsure of the cost for this type of job but am looking for a low cost price as i have just decorated my house.
