Job rebuild walls and steps patio and fencing

Comment John and Martin turned up at 8.45 on the first day of the job the time we were told and every day after that even when it was raining. In the first week they had removed two fences and rebuilt two terraces, they hardly ever stopped work.During the second week they completely re-built the garden steps and had laid two concrete slabs ready for the patio to be laid They even did some extra work for me including building a small wall for my neighbour, excellent workmanship i would highly recomend them. Job I need a high wooden strong lap over fence fitted up one side of my garden as a boundery between myself and my neighbours. I live in a terraced house and the garden is slightly slopping upwards approximately about 35 to 40 foot long from the start of the garden to the back boundery wall. Next doors garden which is a rented house is very overgrown and neglected and the back boundery wall is falling down and has damaged my very flimzey wire fence which is no longer any good or blocking out next doors unsightly garden. I would like a tradesman who can come and view my garden and the job needed, then be able to give me a quote for materials and the labour costs all in. My garden has no back lane or side entrance so all the materials will have to be carried through my house and up six steps from the back yard to the garden. I want a fence which will last for years and only need yearly painting, I do not want fence panels so I don't know if it is carpenter I need or an all round gardener/builder.
