"Colin was polite and took all the details, slight delays in starting (couple of weeks), then when the fence was incorrectly put up Colin took notice and rectified. However delays in completing (offered a discount) and agreed for a complimentary first cut (about a month ago and got fed up of waiting after numerous calls did it myself) Some slates in the fence appear to have split where they have been fixed to the cross members and I am now waiting for the return of keys to security gates. "
