Budget Under £500

Job I have a small (2 up, 2 down) Victorian terrace cottage in Pinner. There is a small front garden. The level of the garden is higher than the level of the floors inside my home. This is causing damp. I am therefore looking for someone to please dig down the front garden to the same level as the inside, and remove the soil. Many thanks.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Rear of garden fence work 1. Replace or correct the positioning of 4 concrete posts 2. Reuse current fence panels and gravel board (one board instead of the two used now) Right side of garden fence work 1. Replace 6 concrete posts to support 5ft panels 2. Install concrete gravel board(s) to stop earth moving from my garden to next door neighbours 3. Replace the 6 current fence panels with 5ft forest lap panels 4. Install trellis across 6 fences Tree work 1. Remove 2 tree stumps 2. Move 5ft apple tree from current location to planting area 1 Lawn 1. Replace lawn where tree stumps were removed 2. Replace lawn in other troubled areas (to be discussed) Planting 1. Install a border around planting area 1 2. Remove lawn to create planting area 2 and install border 3. Suggest planting for areas 1 and 2 (to include rose bushes with low maintenance)

The first Job has not gone ahead yet. However this subsequent job has. Simon completed this within the estimated time, working diligently and very conscientiously. Ann

Budget I'm not sure

Job 80 ft garden. Back half overgrown. Delapidated shed needs removing. New shed required with electricity. Hard standing x 2 needs removing. Planting. Possible water feature. Ideas welcome.

Comment I really can't fault these people! From the initial meeting to the last day on the job they adopted a professional approach in everything they did. They were 100% reliable and we were always kept in the loop. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. The work we had done was not cheap and the decision to spend this type of money on a garden was not taken lightly. However, as the project unfolded we could see that this was going to be money well spent. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and can't wait to start using it. Next time we need some work doing we won't be asking for quotes we will go straight to Urban. Thanks guys Sue
