Hi,
Not sure if this is the right section to list on but here goes! We have had tennants in our house who have left the garden in a dire state. We have a wood chipping area approx10m x 3m and this area needs completely clearing and either putting chippings/stones or something similar back down or paving the whole lot. The grasses area has been dug up by their dogs and is a mess - probably needs the holes filling in and seeding or whatever is best. Not concerned about the flower beds just need the garden back to a point where we can get new tennants in - we are living in the house at the moment while we sort out the damage inside but we are moving soon and need to get the house ready for re-renting!
