It has a small front area in flagstones, with grass growing through, need grass sprayed with weed killer, removed when dead, and paving repointed. At side and back need grass cut back and made to look presentable. May also need a small cheap fence erected.
David did a fantastic job! The price he charged was exactly as quoted, he turned up when he said he would and worked really hard to get the job done, I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely highly recommended!

Trimming three Lylundi (not sure about spelling) trees in the backgarden. They are currently as high as my two-storey house and need to be trimmed by half. The quote should include the removal of all trimmings. (Not sure how much this would be, so any quotes welcome and ignore approx. budget on the next page) Please let me know if you would like to check out the work to be done before providing a quote. actually turned up a day early!! which was good, did a great job, tidied up afterwards and was really helpful. Didnt even have cup of tea, a builder without tea breaks, hire him!!

Terraced house concrete backyard has been decked with thigh high walls built so these can be filled with soil and planted up. I require someone to source and fill these raised areas with soil. One wall also needs built to keep the soil away from the back of the house. Probably needs viewed preferably in the evening to fully understand scale.
