"Patio laid, the cement washed away with the rain, Mr Ellis's assistant returned once to rectify, some of the cement washed away for a 2nd time. Patio now looks very messy and no response from my 2nd request for Mr Ellis to come back to rectify. A slab was laid broken in the path leading up the garden. The sleepers acting as a support for the split level are loose. Lawn laid very uneven."
