I am looking for a gardener to replace our side and back fence in back garden, clear it out, remove washing poles, weeding, probably having to replace lawn and tidy up slabs already in place. I want a neat garden with a slabbed area (already there) and a grassy area for my kids to use in the summer. I am not looking for anything fancy just plain and easy to maintain. I am also thinking about my front garden as well to be tidied up and potentially a fence if it could be within my budget. My house is for sale and we are thinking of letting it out so I don't want to spend unneccessary money on it. It's an average sized garden for a mid terraced house in Paisley. i have a patio area 10' x 16' which currently has 40 x 2' x 2' slabs. I'd want these slabs lifted and disposed of, the ground levelled and appropriate liner put down thern new slabs put down to over same area.
New Patio now laid. Great job carried out expertly in the time agreed.The guys cleaned up all debris afterwards. Very friendly and approachable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Will definetely use Blackwood Building again.

Although I will be putting the work on hold at the moment I will be re contacting Knapedale Gardens to do this in the coming months.
