"Brilliant! Very happy. From preliminary discussion about the job through to completion, everything has been spot on and we’re very impressed with the results. We now have a great paved area with a wall and (illuminated) steps down to our lawn. Work started when stated and the job was undertaken quickly and very professionally with no inconvenience. There were other jobs that we needed doing that weren’t in the original remit (replacement of two windows, sourcing and installation of a window lintel, repair of a crumbling outside window sill, replacement of front gate and repair of post, outside lighting including security light, cement foundation for rotary washing line, and repair to some of the exterior brickwork). All of these jobs were taken on without any fuss and swiftly organised and executed. If there were any slight delays to anything, we were phoned – we didn’t have to do any chasing! Not only are we pleased with a patio that looks better than we could have imagined but we are very impressed that some niggly little jobs that we were having trouble getting addressed (eg the window lintel) were quickly sorted out. Friendly, reliable and professional – we’d highly recommend."
