Job Hello. I'm looking to sell my house - would like the garden (approx 40' at the back, much smaller at the front) tidied - trees cut back, weeding and removal of garden waste including excessive pots. Then, on-going maintenance until property sold. Thanks. Neil Taylor

Job General maintenance of long established front and rear gardens approximately quarter acre in total, lawn mowing and edging, weeding, planting, pruning, feeding

Comment Very hard working, dedicated and reliable. As initially there is much clearing and weeding necessary, I cannot yet comment on his knowledge of "horticulture". It will be a little while yet before the garden is in shape to determine this. However, to date very pleased with progress. I hope this helps. Albert

Job Trim 30 ft long, 10-12ft high Leylandii hedge. 1 side and top only as seperating properties - front garden Top (only) 60ft long Leylandii hedge about 15-18 feet tall currently but not dense as not yet turned into hedge. SUed as screening - Back garden. Remove bramble from front garden patch about 10ft x 6ft.

Budget Under £1,000

Job Looking to replace garden fence. There are currently 17 poles and 15 fences and potentially trellises on top of the fences. It will require replacing the existing poles, and we would like to see the poles fixed properly (cement).
