Old tarmac drive needs to be removed as its level is too high and rplaced with new tarmac with brick edging. Two new wooden side gates to be installed (not bought yet). Would like the work to start asap. Possibly also plant a new hedge at front if within budget.
unfortunately the work was substandard and the builder left the job before it was finished - we are now having to take him to court for redress. Not the experience I was hoping for.

We have had two puppies for the past nine months and they have basically destroyed the back garden! What we are looking to do is partition off part of the garden with a 4 foot wooden fence and a gate and then re-lay the turf in the main part. I believe the turf involved would be approx 120 square metres. There are also two panels belonging to a 6 foot fence which need replacing as they have been eaten by the dogs!

Raised mature border 50 feet x 5 feet - needs thinning out, plants removed or moved, some weeding. Need recommendations on how best to maintain (perhaps a regular contract). Will pay £15 per hr for a day's work and see how far we get
Peter and a helper worked for most of the day on thinning out a raised border and digging out some bamboo plants. Peter managed to move some large plants to make the layout more attractive. Reliable workers.
