"This Company were very quick to contact me when I placed the job I wanted on Rated People, informing me that they were a 'Rated Company' and could complete the kind of work I wanted doing, ie. some landscaping with a water feature. Indeed, they arrived at my house at the appointed time, measured up the area and informed me that they would be in touch within a 'few' days........That was the last I heard from them. Phone calls to them went unanswered and messages left not returned. Instead some 4 weeks later I was contacted by another company who informed me that my details had been passed on to them by 'Nicenstripey' because they were out of their depth! As far as I am aware this Company are not part of Rated People, and they also have been completely unreliable. I was left frustrated and rather annoyed. It would seem that 'Nicenstripey' may be fine for cutting the grass or sweeping a path, but anything more ambitious... FORGET THEM!!"
