Slabbing of back yard and path. Yard is 490mm wide x 140mm deep. Next section is 240mm wide x 260mm deep. Path is 1650mm and width is mainly 70mm wide. All measurements approx. Base is soil or sand except for the bottom section of the path - 1130mm - which is concrete. Yard is crazy paved at present, the rest is loose slabs and gravel. Area will be cleared prior to work starting. Don't want expensive slabs just want it to be hard wearing and ling lasting.
Quote was less than I had expected and I ended up having block paving instead of slabs as it was the same price per sq meter. Nice tidy job. Took out tree stump and handrail post at no extra cost. Time keeping could have been better but I wasn't in a rush to get the job done so was ok with it. Very pleased with result.

We had a 26 m fence and a new gate build, the quality of the job was excellent and the tradesman very polite, they turned up when they said they would and the job was finished on time. I have a long path (perhaps 60ft) with a really deep (at least 6 inches) sand/cement base that I just can't break up myself. I need a couple of chaps with a sledgehammer or pneumatic drill to get the base up so I can turf it. I'd like the base removed from the garden, via a side alley way, out to either a skip or removed with a truck.
They were quick to respond, got plenty of man power for the job and completed the job just as we wished. They were very tidy and didn't leave any mess. Would recommend.
