To keep the garden tidy on a regular basis (six weeks/two monthly intervals). Including Hedge and Bush trimming, weeding of boarders and the annual cutting back of trees.
James came when he said he would and carried out all works requested to be done. The works cost more that initially quoted but the job took longer than he thought and he had a large amount of garden waste to dispose of. Overall a job well done and I will have him back on a regular basis to maintain the garden now.

Area to front of house approx 5.6mx7.0m is 50/50 block paved and concrete flags.It also slopes away from house and from left to right.I would like this to be levelled and gravelled.I would like the wrought iron gates/'fence' replaced with a wooden fence. The paths approx 8.68mx1.12m + 6.4mx1.4m round the house are tarmacced which is breaking up.I would like these to be paved.
Michael completed the job to a high quality. He was reliable, punctual and cleared away at the end of each day. He kept me up to date on what he was doing/planned to do. Yes, the job took longer than planned but we did 'lose' a week due to inclement weather! I will recommend him to friends, etc.

17ft x 8ft area and 14ft x 4.5ft area both need clearing of weeds, small bush's and old slate. 17ft x 8ft area requires fence panels to the back and possibly one side only with wooden fence posts, this will depend on how it looks once cleared. Both areas to be lined and large shingle to cover ground area. All waste to be removed. Possible inclusion of installation of window boxes (depends on whether brackets can be made to fit), to be discussed.
Very good job exactly as asked. Tidied up after and even neighbours commented on how hard they worked.

The original fence was about 6 or 7 panels long
Contacted FSB Fencing Supplies for a new fence to be constructed, this company was the only one that actually measured up for the fence. The wood panels are hand made at their own workshop and very strong in construction. It was a very good experience with no problems, they were also the cheapest quote but the quality of work and construction was excellent, I would highly recommend FSB Fencing Supplies.

As the whole garden is being redone, there may be other gardening work afterwards. Ideally I'd like someone to come next week w/c 26/3 if poss. Materials provided (other than ladders).
