Job Garden is approx 11m long by 9m wide at it's widest point, tapering to 5m wide. Approx 40% lawn, rest is overgrown mature plants, bramble bushes, weeds, etc! The lawn has several 'stepping' stones in it which would need to be removed. Possibility of removing decking (approx 5x2m) Patio to be laid over area of decking (approx 5x2m) plus path down LH side. Remainder of lawn and garden area to be turfed. All garden waste to be cleared.

Job Front Garden - Paved big strong weeds need removing Rear Garden - Lawn needs attention, Dandelions need to be gone, patch of Nettles need clearing and generally a good tidy up maybe some tree branches removing.

Budget Under £1,000

Job This was a pre-existing patio which was disturbed when building work done. Needs to be re-done using new materials.

Comment Mick from MLR roofing provided a competitive quote, he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. The work was carried out to a high standard, and he cleared up after himself every day. The finished patio is brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I shall certainly be keeping his number handy for future projects. Julie
