"Llandscape of our back garden in August 2008 for which we paid £12000. The work is uncompleted, not acceptable and is of very poor quality. The coping stones are loose, the mortor in the paving is falling out or has yet to be finished. The small water feature that he attempted to construct is a joke. (It is not water tight, the pump is not powerfull enough etc....) He went on holiday and left a large amount of rubble outside our home and promised that it would be removed within two days, it was still there three weeks later. We have photographic evidence of the poor standard of workmanship. We have attempted to make contact by phone and email but he is unavailable and has not responded to messages. Therefore due to the very poor and unacceptable quality of workmanship we would grade this person ZERO STAR. "
