Looking at laying a patio approx 15 sq m in a smooth/polished sandstone. Other design input needed in incorperating a bit of shape to an otherwise small, rectangular new build garden. Maybe raised beds, lights or flower beds.
Really pleased with our patio that Cre8tive Gardens laid for us. Cre8tive Gardens were very pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't fault them for value for money and would definitely recommend them. Thanks very much guys.

Have a garden wall that is on the verge of collapse. Wall needs to be dismantled and new footings put in place for replacement brick wall. Wall presently either side of steps which lead to decking area at bottom of garden. Want the steps removing and moving to side of garden. As there will be a drop from top of wall to decking want a fence / balustrade erecting on top of wall.
Despite the terrible weather conspiring against the wall and steps ever getting completed we now have the finished job. I can only say that my wife and I are delighted with the work undertaken. Peter is a highly reliable individual who always kept us informed of the jobs progress, accomodated our wishes and produced a high quality job. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tradesman. More work planned in the near future and Lion Building Contractors Ltd will be top of my list. Many thanks.

Garden is 1/3 of an acre and needs mowing weekly through the summer months. Takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. Have new mower, but can't manage it anymore.
We have only just started to use Oddjobmanco, but Chris arrived when he said he would, did the job we asked and he is priced reasonably. Fingers crossed it stays that way!!

The small parking area will need new block paving to march the new parking area. You will need a digger. The job in detail:- 1. Excavate and form new car park area and remove from site. 2. Excavate and form new footings for new retaining wall adjacent to existing steps, and around left hand side of new drive. 3. Supply and build new retaining walling from concrete block backing with stone facing wall to match existing walling on right hand side of steps. 4. Supply and lay compacted stone base and screed to receive new block pavers. 5. Supply and lay new block paving on old and new side of drive way. 6. Supply and lay paving slab to top of retaining wall up against house. 7. Steam clean the existing walling to gain a better finish.
