Gas safety check for renting property - check and certificate required for gas boiler (vaillant, 10+ years old, been regularly serviced) and old gas cooker (make envoy, separate oven and grill, plus hob).
Happy with the landlords safety certificate for my gas boiler and cooker. Engineer arrived at arranged time, was professional and helpful, he checked everything carefully and explained the safety requirements, also offering advice on future maintenance.

It is 8.5kw with boilermate 2000(300ltr)hot water tank going into new house using underfloor heating,which can be costed seperately.
I am awaiting quote from martin at eesp later this week.They came to see me at my work as arranged to discuss possibilities and would be working out a price for us.
