"Installation of new boiler adequate. However, remaining work carried out to an appalling level. In addition to original work quoted for, arranged for the installation of a new shower cubicle. Had to get another plumber in to completely remove, including the shower tray as the water did not run away (kink in waste) screen all crooked and leaking like a sieve. Tiling to the bathroom looked dreadful and had to be removed and redone properly. We also asked for new taps to be fitted to washbasin, for some reason they were unable to remove the taps and left the basin with no hot water - disconnecting the supply entirely, when the second firm arrived (a professional organisation) they were able to remove taps with no problem whatsoever. The installation of the fireplace was also awful, an unsightly gap between mantle and wall of half an inch filled in with delightful mastic! Plus they managed to damage the surround in the process. Carpets left filthy dirty with soot. Requested they return to put things right, this request refused (bill reduced accordingly, but that was no recompense for the considerable inconvenience and stress caused) We were extremely lucky to find another firm willing to put right someone elses cock-ups! I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. 0 out of 5 "
