Our gas boiler (Halstead Best 80) works OK but the pump (Grundfos) seems to be running all the time making a slight noise which is annoying at night. Hoping for a cheap fix ideally.
Turned up as he said he would. Fixed the problem. Reasonable price. All very good!

Two out of three downstairs radiators not working prpoerly, one of which will need re-fixing to wall as brackets loose. May need chemical treatment or power flush.
Very pleased with the overall service. Prompt, efficient, did what they said they would do and did not push the power flush which would have doubled the cost. Very tidy, no mess. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends and have asked them to quote me for some additional work.

Halstead boiler keeps locking out. If there is hot water it is never very hot and it is intermittant - warm for 10 seconds, then cold, then warm again. This on and off warm water is only when the pressure stays in the system - within an hour of topping up the pressure it drops again and the system locks out or there is just no heating or hot water. Therefore, the central heating does not work either.

We have moved into a new house and we are convinced that our boiler doesn't seem to be working at its optimium. Also we have no instructions on how to use the operating console to control time programs etc. We need an engineer who is qualified and able to determine exactly what our boiler is doing and how to program our console.

Glow Worm 330 boiler, keeps on going off. Have reset using thermo switch and ignites, then goes off again. No fault errors on screen, however had power cut 2 days ago could this have caused an issue?
