I have 2 radiators that need flexipipes moved:
1: bathroom radiator replaced with towel radiator, pipe locations need moving
2: Bedroom radiator moved down wall to accomodate a dressing table, pipes need moving to fit.

I have a gas fire in the living room. The fire stopped lighting from the electric ignition/starter. Contacted the manufacturer of the fire and described the problem and they told me that a new thermocouple was required. They sent the new part but it requires a qualified gas fitter to install.
Access to the thermocoupel is behind a front plate which is removed with two screws.
Alastair responded very quickly. Very professional approach to the problems we experienced and very good with advice.

Glowworm fuel saver mkII boiler in need of servicing as its been a couple of years since the last. Also, our gas fireplace has never been in use since moving in. It appears to be connected to the mains but not sure if it works or is safe to use. Would very much like someone to come and check them both over. Thank you!
I would highly recommend this company for any servicing you may need. Came out in a timely fashion, provided a 30 minute pre-arrival call to advise on their way. Very thorough service of boiler and system along with our gas fire place check. Very informative, extremely pleasent and helpfull and will definitely use them again for any further work needed. Excellent value for money.

I have a Nu-Flame 340 fire. It was diagnosed by Nu-Flame as having a faulty thermocouple. This has now been replaced but the problem persists. It appears that while the thermocouple is now working whatever controls the gas flow is not working properly/in conjunction with the thermocouple.
I require a Nu-Flame trained engineer who can diagnose the problem.
Please only respond if you are Nu-Flame trained/approved.
