broken boiler, Biasi Combi around 8 years old. Lost pressure and water leak from the flame area (sealed in big case) leading to water inundating the control boards. No h/w and no c/h.
Usman is prompt, tells you exactly what he's doing, is effective and works hard all the time thta he was with me. I would welcome him wholeheartedly and he makes sure that his customer doesn't overpay for the plumbing goods. Trustworthy and you can't say better than that about a plumber.

We believe we need to change our boiler system and thermostat / controls as the boiler here is c. 20 years old. British Gas quote we have had seems v expensive! Would like to replace with an A-rated modern boiler and to flush the radiators etc.
Alistair was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and he talked us through what he was doing throughout so we knew. The work took an extra day due to needing an additional part from the manufacturer but he explained why, there was no additional cost and in the end we had a fully working boiler which was great!

Fast initial response. However, although they didn't charge to disassemble and view, left us not knowing of any progress for a few days. They then recommended that we contact Glow Worm the manufacturer. I have since been in touch with (googled) a local engineer by more traditional methods who will tidy up the job.

Want new gas hob installed with new connection, woudl require to extended gas pipe from boiler to hob. Woudl require this to be done ASAP if prcie is sensible.
John was very good at his work and cleared stuff after completing work for us. He fitted gas hob and electric oven for us along with extending the gas pipeline in kitchen.would recommend John to friends and use him for future work. Thanks to John and team. Regards bhanwars

I've just finished fitting a new kitchen and need to get the new hob connected. The pipe was capped by a gas fitter a few weeks ago, and he was meant to come back to re-connect, but he's let me down twice, so I'm looking for someone else. The pipe is probably about 18inches (50cm) short of the fitting on the hob, but there are no obstacles in-between. Should be a quick and easy job to do on the way home one afternoon. If you need any more info, please enquire. Thanks.

David is a very good plumber and certainly does a very good job. Time-keeping and responsiveness is not one of David's strengths and an area for improvement.

Installation is straightforward according to B Gas. Current Gloworm boiler needs to be replaced by condenser boiler and this can be done in existing location in utility room.
Barry is fairly new to the area and is establishing himself on his own after working for B. Gas for a while. The quality of his work is absolutely A1 and his price was very keen and you could honestly not wish to meet a nicer or more courteous guy. He turned up exactly when he said he would each day and kept the place clean whilst working, using dust sheets wherever possible. He also took away all the old hardware for disposal. I would definately use again and will be asking Barry back next year to service the system. My dogs loved him too!!!

Not sure of the make of boiler. No issues, except for a noisy radiator in the bathroom, which may indicate air is getting into the system (we have bled all radiators several times in the past year)
Prompt, worked around our schedule to get the work done quickly (within a day of initial contact), good value, friendly, professional. Would recommend and use again.

We have been told it's the pump head that needs replacing but have been quoted for replacing the whole pump and wonder whether anyone can just replace the head or do us a better deal on the pump
Will is a really nice guy and was great value for money. He did the job within 24hrs of speaking to him and worked fast and efficiently. Highly recommended.
