"Hard working team, very knowledgable about the product and friendly. Due to a broken lap top meant that they didn't quite finish the job originally agreed, so are coming back to fit the radiator valves (reason for only a 4 on relability). Very honest and up front about everything including the detailed quote. Don't try to sell you the most expensive system either - we had to persuede Pawel that we wanted a more expensive boiler than he initially recommended! They will work long hours to make sure that they finish - we would definately recommend them. Just make sure you stock up on the coffee and milk..."
