"I urge possible future customers not to go anywhere near this company. I employed these people to fit a boiler for me and remove a back boiler. Once they had left water started pouring through my light fittings in the kitchen and the front room. After turning the water off I called and spoke to one of them who said he'd call me back and then promptly turned his mobile phone off. I then phoned the other and he said that he'd had a drink and would come out the next day. They turned up the next day (Friday) and phoned me to say they had lots of trouble finding the leak (I find that hard to believe as water was pouring from everywhere) but finally found it under the bath. They said they had turned the hot tap off from the bath but I now had water and they would be back on the Monday to fix it when they came to do the other repairs. They left the water on and by the time I got home from work water was pouring from the light fitting, the kitchen ceiling was cracked from all the water and the front room ceiling has bowed, because of water damage. I phoned them both up and they refused to come out to fix it and told me to turn the water off and they'd be back Monday. After I went investigating it was very obvious that I had at least 5 leaks from pipes that they fitted but had not soldered properly. At this stage these so called men would not talk to me I started receiving texts from them (which I still have as proof) with excuses of why the couldn't come round. I had one excuse after another and they still have not turned up to repair or make good any of the damage that they and their work have caused. I had to get a plumber out immediately to fix the leaking pipes leading to and from the boiler and I am in the process of getting all the repairs done to my home all at my extra expense. The damage didnâ??t stopped there though they also promised to come back and repair the following which was caused due to them working in my home. My front door glass was smashed The electric down one side of my front room is no longer working Broken bath panel and the bath left with me not been able to use it room thermostat not installed. I have also had to change a lock because they had a key to let themselves in to do the repairs which was never returned. Please take my advise and do not use these people. "

"Great guys - no messing around - just got on with it. From coming over to assessing the job and giving me a quotation there and then to fast service. The job isn't totally finished yet because I have to move the oil tank, however they are gong to come back and re-route once Iâ??ve had the new oil tank stand built. Also, there are a couple of radiators not quite getting up to temperature - but as soon as I told them they said they'd be back the next day to have a look. Would have no hesitation in recommending them, and I will use them for other plumbing / heating jobs in the future."
