One of my radiators is not heating up as it should. When the boiler comes on, it starts heating up but does not reach a high temperature despite its settings. It is a small gas radiator (central heating) about 500mm by 600mm. It may need servicing.
I am very pleased with the work Rob performed. He responded quickly to my call and attended to the work promptly. The radiator is working well now and the job did not cost as much as I feared, in fact we were given a few pounds off. Thank you Rob.

I have a trv that does not turn temperature down so rad remains boiling hot.
could possibly be that pin is stuck or trv could need replacing.
please advise of price to change trv if needed like for like.

Alternating warm and cold water. Seen under service agreement and told need a power flush of heating system and a magnaclean fitted. Baxi Bahama boiler. 2bed terrace, total of 6 radiators.
Excellent service, would use again.
