We have a gas powered combi boiler - brand is Biasi M96.24SM/C.This was installed new approx 5 years ago. The hot water does not fire up unless there is a larger amount of water flowing than normal. This is particularly evident when using the shower, which is run directly off the boiler. When consulting the manual it suggests, the cause maybe impurities caught in the domestic hot water flow switch filter or limescale deposited in the hot water heat exchanger.
Worked great under the pressure of my limited timescale. Good job done!

Remove back boiler replace with combi boiler, 2 new radiators to be installed, several pipes need sinking into the walls and under the floors. Cold water tank to be moved to the attic and hot water removed.
John was very friendly, professional and made sure he acheived everything possible to ensure our expectations were realised regarding the right job being completed. John replaced a very old and decrepit boiler and replaced it with a complete new system, copper piping and radiators (all secret piping hiden under floor boards and in walls). John also re-built our fire breast and re-studded another wall, so plumbing isn't his only profession!! Now all the plumbing amongst many other jobs are now complete we will definately be asking John back to quote for a new bathroom suite/building work and fitting (maybe supplying) a new kitchen. Highly recommended
