the pilot light on the gas fire lights up ok,but when we try to turn the switch to turnit the full on the pilot light goes out without the fire coming on

Water gets hot perfectly okay, the problem is with the heating which comes on first thing in the morning, the radiators heat up okay, it then switches itself off, and won't come back on again till the following morning. There is no timer to adjust, it is a Baxi boiler.
Roy arrived on time, did an excellent job in repairing my boiler, and for a very reasonable cost too, would highly recommend.

We have an Excelsoir Radiant Gas Fire in the lounge, the fires lights and stays lit for a while then goes out and will not relight.
Using the Excelsoir trouble shooting guide it may be the flue spillage safety device or ODS,
We are looking for a tradesman to examine the fire, confirm the problem and give us a quote.
Roy rang to confirm his appoinment , then also rang to let me know he would be late due to local roadworks.
Roy carried out a very efficeint and professional job diagnosing the problem and explaining the required solutions.
He tidied up afterwards and left the work area clean.
I would use Roy for any future Gas equipment problems and recomend him without hesitaion.

I have a Trianco 12 - 14 Boiler room Oil Boiler that wont fire up. I have a full tank of fuel and have removed some water from the tank side filter, however this filter could do with replacing! Drained fuel at the pump end until it runs clear. Still I have burner lock out. The burner looks like its brand new. I have just bought the house and dont have any other history than this!
