Remove one old gas fireplace in the sitting room.
Very friendly, very helpful and very reliable. Highly recommend. Scot removed my old fireplace very quickly and very professionally and also check the safety of the gas and even gave me some useful advices for plastering and sanding flooring. Many thanks for all the work and help.

Fire inherited from previous owners. Don't know when it was last services. Flames come outwards making it difficult to adjust / switch off.
We were very impressed by Roy. He rang promptly with his quote for the job, came when he said he would and was very thorough. He obviously knew what he was doing and fixed our living fire so that it is completely back to good working order. He is a lovely chap and great value for money. Thanks Roy!

Boiler is not activating when taps switched on and heating only comes on sporadically.
Pressure gage swinging from 1-3 bar when the boiler is on.
Sorry don't have a note of the model number only that it is a Ravenstone boiler, it's more than 4 years old.
We used ASM following a boiler breakdown. They got back to us quickly and were able to carry out the repairs next day if needed. Ultimately, they came to do the work at a time which was convenient for us, repaired and serviced the boiler and it's now working perfectly... in fact better than it has done during the entire time that we've been at the house!
Very highly recommended and excellent value for money.

I have various bits of work that need doing at my mothers house (Sale, Manchester)
I am unsure whether these are interconnected and can be viewed separately.
In the downstairs breakfast room there is a gas fire with back boiler which i understand are no longer recommended. The back boiler needs to be replaced with a new boiler. I need advice on best location - there is a cupboard adjacent with an outside wall - where it can go.- Alternatively there is space in the upstairs airing cupboard which is currently located between the WC and bathroom.
We also want to replace the bathroom (bath, washbasin, and shower(which currently 'backs into the airing cupboard) - new tiles etc. I don't know if there is a boiler 'solution' in the airing cupboard upstairs that also provides a more effective layout for the bathroom.
We also need the gas fire in the lounge replacing (currently it sits in a wider 'wood effect mantlepiece')
I appreciate that you would need to see the house to agree best option so that you can do a proper quote
