"What a brilliant plumber this gentleman is !! It all started when i needed to replace a boiler that the British Gas had condemned because a rubber seal had hardened on the outer casing. They couldn't get any spares. Contacted a number of fitters and Paul rang me and was very helpful and the conversation told me "this chap knows what he talking about!" He called and gave me an estimate. I got the boiler and it was the wrong type ! I had ordered the right one but the supplier got his paperwork wrong. Now any plumber could have said "Sort it out yourself, you ordered it!" but Paul got stuck in; altered ALL the house plumbing to suit the supplied boiler type. He worked like I've never so hard, , sweat was pouring off him! He obviously wanted to get our heat back on as the it was freezing at minus 1Cen. He cancelled another job and didn't stop till the job was finished. It took twice as long to do the job and alot more material, but kept his price to the original quote !!! Needless to say i was so delighted with the job that he did get more than the estimate. The point I am trying put over to any persons wanting a job done is thatthis chap; is very knowledgable on all aspects of his profession, he is an exceptional worker, and above all, VERY keen to do a good job. Would highly recommend him."
