We currently have no hot water, the central heating is fine. The boiler is an ICOS HE15. The hot water works occasionally when the central heating is turned on but we need it to work when the heating is not on.

Gas multi-point water heater ( model Main multi-point bf) problem. The pilot light will not stay lit - it ignites, but when the ignition button is released it goes out immediately. I have held the button in for two to three minutes at a time, but the flame goes out immediately on release of the pilot gas flow button.
Terry phoned in less than two minutes from my job being placed on line. He arrived at the pre-arranged times to carry out the boiler repair and was friendly and efficient. Very reasonable price charged. Highly recommend.

I would like a quote for the installation of a new gas combi-condensing boiler, removal of tank, possible installation of small radiator in airing cupboard. Size of boiler will need to be around the size of current boiler as cupboard has been built around it.
