Baxi combi boiler (105e) has stopped running. Was working on the morning but later in the day was not working. Fault light that flashes is Flue or Fan failure. Have checked outside of flue (appears clear) and tried resetting boiler several times. Boiler is approx 11 years old.
A very quick, excellent job. Arrived promptly and repaired our boiler at a reasonable price. will use them again, and will recomend them to friends. Valerie TS26

My Siemens RDJ10RF remote thermostat has broken and a new one needs to be fitted. Has already been checked by two engineers and both have confirmed this is the case. Neither turned up as agreed to complete the job. I have a Worcester Bosch combi boiler that is in the loft and am unable to switch it on at all at present. Hot water is fine.
Responded to my request quickly and came that day to fix the problem. After being let down by two other engineers, this was a godsend. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and we now have heat! Thanks Richard. We will definitely be using you for all our heating work in the future!

Hi, I have an old baxi 374 Brava gas fire in my living room - don't think the back boiler is behind it as that is probably lurking behind the ugly dining room one, but basically i would just like to have it ripped out, gas pipe comes up through the floor and connects to it so i would need that removing too. Just basically want a hole in the wall that i can start to work around. How much would it cost to have the fire removed.

The thermostat is not controlling the room temperature. The boiler and radiators are running continuously and giving a high temperature in the house. Switching the boiler local panel (Siemens RWB29) to hot water only still has no effect. I have had to switch off the boiler totally.
This is a fairly recently formed Team, so are still building history. Fortunately, they were available at short notice, for a visit and estimate. The price was reasonable and the estimate was accurate. A suitable time was agreed, the Engineers were on time, and finished the work as scheduled. The job was well done and there was no mess left!
