This gentleman serviced my oil-fired boiler. When switched on the boiler blew out balck smoke and there was a burning smell. When phoned Karl declined to come and fix the problem urgently and became verbally aggressive. The engineer who did fix the boiler found the problem was that the air mix had been set wrongly when it was serviced. It was a substantial fire risk. Dripstop plumbing is not OFTEC registered, which was not made clear to me when I employed them. I would never use this company again.

I want a new Combi Gas boiler installation, I have an existing back boiler at the moment and I want to convert it in to Combi boiler I am interested in a Vaillant Boiler or simillar and I want the removal of all tanks from the property. I do live in a bungalow.The existing Airing cupboard has a hot water cylinder within it and I would require a radiator in that room.
I selcted Ian Griffiths to install a combi boiler plus ancillary work Right from the start to finishing and clearing up,including survey quote tech. advice he was so helpful ,reliable and fully applied to work in hand.His after service attention was amazing and prompt ,he has a wealth of technical knowledge.I shall use his services again whenever needed and can most highly recommend him

I have a Valor living flame gas fire. There is a switch on the side of the fire surround to operate it. When I push the switch down, the fire ignites. When I bring the switch back to the appropriate setting after ignition, the fire goes out. It may need a new thermo-couple and/or a service. The model number is 622 and the GC Number is 32-811-66 .
