Budget Under £250

Job I am looking for a boiler service and i have one radiator not working, so need someone to have a look at it. The rest of the radiators is the house are fine but the one not working only heats up a little bit so i'm not sure if there is a blockage somewhere - the radiator that isn't working is in an upstairs bedroom
