Radiator installation and relocation in East Cliff and Springbourne
"Works were paused due to problems with moving the gas meter with the statutory company. Following the gas meter being moved, I have not been able to get hold of Lee Rainbow, despite writing to him and repeatedly phoning and leaving messages, even after leaving such messages with his wife and sister. I have now been trying to get hold of him for over 2 months and have not had hot water during this period. I now cannot get someone else to finish the works as each alternative plumber I speak to says that he cannot trust someone elses' work and refuses the job. I am hence now stuck with a half fitted central heating system that I cannot get finished. In addition Rainbow Plumbing and Heating connected my sewerage to a soakaway rather than a drain and the bath then filled with sewage. Some of the works also do not meet building regs and were raised by my building inspector. These matters have still not been resolved. Very very very disappointed with the service offered and would obviously not recommend them"
