Current off-valve + lever to gas hob behind electric oven doesnt allow a new oven to be fitted. Off valve needs to be moved to allow new oven to fit.
Good communication - Job took longer than expected but a very reasonable price charged. Would definitely use again.

Painless. phoned me back within an hour of posting job. Talked through the job offering various options depending on budget. Started job on time next morning first thing. Tested system before leaving. And charged £50 less than quoted. Would have no problem recommending Chris.

accidently i screwed a screw into a gas pipe. it is outside the flat but it is an internal internal pipe (its in the front garden cupboard). I have contacted the emergency services who have capped it off, coz unfortnutaely it is not my gas pipe, but the flat upstairs. is anyone available to sort this pipe out asap. thank you

Existing gas boiler defunct and located in separate room of half landing with pipes going under stairs to main flat into hot water cylinder in kitchen, with expansion tanks above in kitchen ceiling area (false ceiling). There are 6 rads and a shower over bath. I need to know some options - whether it is feasible to have a combi boiler in kitchen instead and get rid of all the pipes/tanks (spagetti junction in that ceiling) and make better use of space. But cost may be prohibitive.

It's a Vaillant ecoTEC plus combi boiler. It has not been serviced regularly and so I would like to fix an annual service. Also, the water pressure is low - it struggles to stay at the ideal level. Hopefully this can be looked at at the same time.

We need to have a new boiler installed and the old tanks etc removed. The position of the boiler needs to be moved away from the window and also make room for new kitchen.

We have a Vokera Linea 28 combi-boiler that requires an annual service. It has had some ignition problems lately and we have had to recharge it twice in the last 48 hours. In the longer term, we are looking for a reliable firm that will provide this service on an on-going basis and undertake other plumbing and heating work, including installing a new radiator and adding a wireless digital thermostat.
