We need a safety check/service on a Focalpoint Capella gas fire without flue. The fire was installed 5 years ago and is working fine.
This young chap was very diligent and thorough and took a lot of trouble. He serviced our gas fire and tested other gas applicances for safety. We would happily use him again.

Radiators are not heating up properly.
I would highly recommend Sam at Essential Heating. He was extremely helpful and polite, and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Central heating does not come on unless one of the valves is opened and the hot tap is run.
Great service central heating back working same afternoon also repaired a radiator that hadn't worked for years and serviced the boiler. Great price efficient would recommend to anybody.

boiler has been heating water all summer, but will not heat the radiators.when i tested it for winter. in my limited knowledge i think it could be the 2 port valve gone or whatever that spring thing is called. also my boiler is 10 years old (potterton) and could use a service. not done for3 years!
