We are having issues with our central heating system where the radiators on the ground floor do not heat up at all where as the Radiators upstairs do get all. We have Valiant Gas Boiler ( EcoTec Plus 630 ) Boiler which is connected to British Gas Heating Control.
Luq from plumbTribe came over very quickly and assessed the problem at hand. He then clearly explained the possible issues and the way forward. He also explained what potential pitfalls could lie ahead and warned me of potential additional work before he started. He worked late into the evening completing the powerflush & checked every rad to ensure they worked correctly. I would definitely recommned Luq and PlumbTribe any of my colleague in need of assitance with their Boilers & radiators going forward.

Hi there I have a relatively old boiler that needs servicing. It is a Vaillant combi boiler but I can't seem to find the model number. It is working fine at the moment but I think it has a small water leak somewhere. Further to this I need two leaking/rusted radiators removed and replaced with one heated towel rail and one new radiator. Lastly, the heating system needs a power flush, since some of the radiators have serious cold areas. Looking forward to your response. Kind regards Tertius

I have a very old servowarm boiler and separate immersion heater and I would like these to be replaced with a combination boiler without water tanks. I would also like my old rusty bathroom radiator replaced with a small towel heater and a small radiator at the top of the stairs taken out.

An up front and honest bloke who admitted that he didn't work on the make of my boilder previously however, did his homework and the aid of the Technical support at Viessmann got the job done. I would definitely use him again/ recommend him without hesitation.

Current system seems to work intermitantly by fiddling with the on off/timer control but not great so therefore would like a quote on the following: 1. A new boiler fitted, a combi one, preferably with built in timer but not a 'must have', but a good standard combi-boiler would be fine. current system isnt combi, just traditional type. 2. electrics sorted, ie: removal of old control system, new thermostat. 3. current radiators/pipework completely flushed out. new raditors fitted only if needed due to age.

I need a Corgi registered engineer to service and to give me a certificate stating it has been serviced and safe to use. It is just a gas fire - Black Beauty Unigas II, Model 473 Room sealed radient/convector gas fire - (no boiler behind it) I need to have a safety certificate before the 17th February, when the Council come and do the gas safety check on my boiler and central heating.
