"The estimator was very thorough and answered all of my questions plus covered stuff I hadn't thought of. The fitters turned up when they said they would, were tidy and helpful. A couple of issues arose. 1. they drilled a hole in a wall where they shouldn't have. 2. When the shower would only run cold then hot it was over laborious to get them to sort it out. A new filter was added in the end at extra cost. Generally, though I was happy with the work carried out."
