Our hot water boiler stopped working yesterday so we have not hot water. Our Boiler is a Glowworm Ultimate Model 70FF/80FF It is an open vented system I can see that the fan and water pump seem to be working however the boiler does not seem to ignite.
Very professional approach and great value for money. Helped save my boiler at a fraction of the cost compared to replacement

I need a quote ASAP for installation of a new combi central heating boiler. Its for a two story, 1950s ex council house. He have had a new solid fuel fire installed and the old gas fire with gas back boiler has already been removed.
Dean and his team installed a new combi boiler for us and sorted out problems with existing pipe work. We had to wait a little longer for the job to be started as Dean was so busy, but we are glad we did. Dean and his team did a superb job, professional and efficient. The job was done quickly without cutting corners, there was no mess and all three were polite, and friendly. The quote was what we paid and the work is excellent. We will be having them back to install a new bathroom suite soon. Recommended.

Job is also to find a reliable local corgi engineer, to replace (mostly hopeless) maint support contract supplied by BG homecare, ie to annually service the boiler, and be able to contact in an emergency.
Timely and quick, did a fine job. Would use them again.

Even when the thermostat is turned high the house doesn't get very warm - especially downstairs. We also have 2 boilers but we're not sure why.
Arrived on time, very helpful and professional, would thoroughly recommend for any boiler / plumbing related issues
